Payment questions
When do I pay the setup fee?
When we start the build. The monthly fee starts the month your website or system goes live.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa, bank transfer or card. Every payment comes with an invoice in your name.
Can I pay in shillings?
Yes. Prices are set in US dollars and invoiced in KES or UGX at the rate on the invoice date.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with 30 days' notice. You keep your data and we hand over an export.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Moving up only costs the difference in setup fee.
